Refund policy
At Lura Luce, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict policy on returns and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be at least 70% full and in its original packaging
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only — no cash refunds
Exchanges
If a product isn't right for your skin, we're happy to exchange it for a different product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery. If the replacement is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Collection sets and bundles (including The Lura Secret and The Luce Ritual)
- Products purchased during promotional sales
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Your reason
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
